What this site is

Bid to be #1 is an entertainment leaderboard. Games are ranked solely by the total amount of money paid toward them. Nothing about a game's position reflects its quality, popularity, or any editorial judgement.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. A payment adds its amount to a game's running total and nothing else. It buys no goods, services, ownership, equity, or guarantee of any position for any length of time. Anyone may pay more at any moment and displace your game.

All payments are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or where a payment was made fraudulently. If you initiate a chargeback, we may remove the corresponding amount from the game's total.

This is not a contest, sweepstake, lottery, auction for goods, or investment product. There is no prize.

Content

Games shown here are embedded from third-party sources. We do not own or control them and are not responsible for their content. Use the report link on any game page to flag content that is broken, infringing, or unlawful; we remove reported entries at our discretion.

Display names submitted with a payment are shown publicly. Do not submit names that are abusive, impersonating, or contain personal information — we may remove or replace any name without notice or refund.

Availability

This is an experimental project offered as-is, with no warranty and no uptime commitment. We may change or shut it down at any time. Totals paid before a shutdown are not refundable on that basis.

You must be 18 or older and legally able to make a payment to use this site.
